Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days from the time that you purchase unless otherwise noted. If you purchased a digital product or course, you will receive immediate access to your purchase.
Shipping Time: All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping time usually takes 3-5 business days but is dependent on the post office. Once the package is mailed, we cannot control the shipping time.
Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you made your purchase with. If you created an account at checkout, your shipping information will be in there as well.
Order Changes: Once your order has been placed, no changes can be made to it once payment is complete.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your order is damaged or lost, you must work with USPS on this issue. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for paying for shipping again.
